“Great time, Plenty Food, Drink were pricy $20 each. Had two drinks $40.00 + $11.57 added with no receipt. Tax in NYC is not 25%. I think they tack on 20% gratuity and tax. Then the credit card machines ask you for gratuity. So she must be making $16.00 tip on a $40.00 drink bill.”

“I just went in September. There were roaches coming out of the side of the wood panels. The waiter saw this and saw the roach that my husband killed with a watermelon slice and moved us after it happened again while he was talking to us. The company refused to refund our money completely, they gave us partial refund because “ We still enjoyed the deck and services” we couldn’t go anywhere!!! Save your money and experience something better. Absolutely disgusting . PS I don’t have pictures of the roach because the waiter took the watermelon slice from our hand but I have the communication with the tour company right…”

“The food was amazing! The live singer was great. The views were phenomenal, especially when the sun started to set. This was definitely my favorite tourist activity of Savannah yet and I would highly recommend it to everyone! The only thing I could think of that could better the experience is providing an online menu for the adults with picky kids to help them determine if the buffet dinner would be worth the money. Other than that, just amazing!”
