“First of all the diver didn't wait for 10 mints while pickup I can understand that it's not his fault. But while dropping off he didn't drop at the booked place he drop at the srltrip and said he will not drop at the hotel which I booked for. Have to pay another amount to taxi to get to my hotel.”

“Unfortunately we did not make the trip.. We lost 280.00 because we were 5 mins late for pick up.. When I call the CS to inform them they said if we was not there at 6:40 the bus could not wait and I would have to go to the second stop and be there by 7:10 thats 20 mins from original pick up and reminded me that I was supposed to be there 15 minutes early … When I checked uber the drive time was 30 mins to Boulder… So I called a second time cause no way was the bus turning a 30 mins drive to 20 mins… So…”

“First, the Grand Canyon never disappoints, but beyond the canyon, Robert, our tour guide, made the whole trip enjoyable! We were provided with several very good choices when preordering our breakfast and lunch the day prior to the trip (yummy). Robert provided narrative along the way of many interesting facts…but he did not talk the whole way either…excellent balance! I recommend the walking tour with Robert for an extra $25. Lots of fun stops along the way there. Fewer stops on the way back…remember to use the bathroom facilities before you board the bus to return to Vegas. Very fun trip! Highly recommend this tour company!”
