We actually got picked up only once because we would’ve spent the day waiting and had to take Lyfts. I recommend just taking Lyfts more reliable and gets you places without making you wait and wait.”

“We liked our driver, he was funny and informative UNTIL we decided to visit China Town. When I asked him what there was to see there, he had to pause and think. He should have told us he didn't recommend that we get off in such a horrible, dirty neighborhood. It was full of homeless, filth and smelled like urine and has mostly derelict buildings. We called an Uber to get out of there because we couldn't find a sign where we could get picked up in front of the capital building.”

The automated audio guide was good and 2 of the 3 drivers we had were very good add adding some personality to the tour. Many great stops and sites to see, and the buses continued to come to each stop 15 or 20 minutes apart. We had trouble getting the app to play the Chinatown tour, and although it wasn't clear they would, they reimbursed us.”
