“While not the companies fault the bus broke down on the bus for a little over an hour before someone else came and took us to our first place. The whole day there was a lack of communication, no really acknowledgment that we sat on the bus for an hour, no compensation for that. Overall, the experiences were fine, but the communication was not great across the day so we’re kind of left wondering what’s next. Also is a bit bothersome that there is no real acknowledgment that we sat on a bus for an hour without air conditioning in Miami.”

“Very well organized and a lot of fun! I was afraid it would be too hot but with the wind it was great. We didn’t think we’d see many gators because of the heat, but we ended up seeing 4. The captain was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything in detail and was very open to questions and conversation. We enjoyed it. The exhibit after was great as well. The people who work there are very passionate about what they do. Didn’t really know what to expect overall and ended up having a wonderful experience. We will be back with our son in the future!”
