The whole day there was a lack of communication, no really acknowledgment that we sat on the bus for an hour, no compensation for that. Overall, the experiences were fine, but the communication was not great across the day so we’re kind of left wondering what’s next. Also is a bit bothersome that there is no real acknowledgment that we sat on a bus for an hour without air conditioning in Miami.”
